Almost there...

(Photo of Sergei taken by another American family adopting from his orphanage. They took a card from us to him which is what he is holding.)

Our dossier was submitted last Tuesday. We should find out our exact appointment date in a little over a week, and, Lord-willing, will be traveling mid-June. It's so real now!

That's soo fantastic!!! :)

You asked a question on my blog about X and the curriculum...
Xavier is 6.5 yrs. He is going into first grade. I'm doing the Learning To Read curric. with him...but he is breezing through it. I am using it to just reinforce his reading skills and help him improve his reading over the summer for when we start 1st grade in August. :)

I would totally recommend the Learning to Read for your 4 yr old. After I finish using it with X and start his 1st grade subjects....I will probably use the LtR Curric. with Jaxson, who is 4! :)

How exciting! He looks very happy in that photo. I hope everything goes smoothly and that soon you'll all be home & together and have the "ifs" of adoption behind you.

From what I can gather, this little boy is yours, seperated by miles for just a little while now! God bless all of you and keep you. I will be praying for your reunion!
