I want him to know that God loves him deeper than he will ever be able to fully grasp. Unconditionally.
I pray that he will have the courage deep within his soul to fulfill his calling with confidence and boldness. To allow himself to be totally enveloped by His good and perfect Will. No fear. No hesitation.
I pray that he will always walk in the Word. Committed. Strong. Steadfast.
I desire for him to be joyful in all things and to experience life as a blessed gift. Not drudgery. But vibrant. Full.
I desire for him to live beyond complacency. To really feel. To really reach out.
I pray for this son of mine to live freely in the love of Christ all the days of his life.

I just found your blog and haven't fully read it, but know you're on the adoption journey. We, too, are in the VERY beginnings of adoption...realizing the call and praying when and where God leads us. I love your words about your son. They spoke so true of my hopes for my son (& daughter) as well. Thanks for sharing!
Amen, AMEN!!!
ps- Love that new necklace of yours. That Becky is something else!!
Oh girl those are some great and powerful words to speak over your child. LOVE IT!
Oh and I wanted to tell you that I don't live on that farm. It's my view. I grew up on a farm, but now I just get to look at one everyday. Isn't it beautiful?! Someday...
Hope you have a great weekend.
That was so lovely!
I like that. I like that a lot! I hope we never have 'wordly' aims for our sons and for our daughters. Only godly ones....
God bless him. And you all
Love, Anne (in Scotland) x
