Fresh From the Garden Lunch...

This is one of the reasons I love this time of year.

What's for lunch?  Hmmm... Let me just go outside to the garden for some inspiration.

Ten minutes later: Salmon atop a bed of kale, arugula and chives with cherry tomatoes (from the store; ours aren't growing quite yet) topped off with a raspberry vinegarette.
