Thank you for your encouraging words. I need all I can get right now. God is good and I do know He has a plan. It is so hard to understand looking through our human eyes but God is faithful and things will work out as they should.
I have seen these apple peelers before. My hubbys great Aunt has one. I did not realize you could slice the apples in thin layers. I was thinking they could be dried & sealed in canning jars. I am going a little nuts over putting food in little jars for later right now. You all had a fun day with many things to do. Sweet of big brother to make a special pillow for his little sister.
